New 20-foot-by-13-foot Daktronics video boards were installed at the Charleston Civic Center this week. A video board was mounted on the side of the arena's Quarrier Street parking garage on Tuesday and a similar board was installed Wednesday at the corner of Clendenin and Lee streets. The video boards replace the Civic Center's smaller signs, installed in 1991.
