Published 09:51 p.m., Tuesday, June 12, 2012 Sluggish labor negotiations have put another stain on United Airlines' public image since it merged with Continental Airlines, the head of the Continental Airlines pilots' union said Tuesday after hundreds of pilots picketed the company's shareholders meeting in New York. The airline experienced a jump in consumer complaints in March when the integration of the Continental and United ticketing systems led to glitches and long waits on reservation phone lines. "The fix for those problems - and we're in a service industry - lies in having those that provide the service satisfied with coming to work every day and enjoying their careers," said Capt.
