Three Pinellas County men are each facing 20 years in federal prison after they pleaded guilty on Monday to criminal charges connected to a multimillion-dollar real estate scam. Gary Kinard, 40, of St. Petersburg, Martin Steele, 46, of Largo, and Mark Boring, 47, of St. Petersburg each pleaded guilty in the U.S.
