A showdown over an Affordable Care Act replacement is looming in the U.S. House of Representatives. A vote to undo former President Obama’s signature domestic legislation is slated for Thursday evening on the House floor. But the replacement bill – House Speaker Paul Ryan’s American Health Care Act – has been attacked by liberals, moderates and conservatives and it’s uncertain whether it will pass the House.
