TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Tempe police say a man suspected of fatally shooting his ex-wife's new boyfriend during a dispute has been arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder. Investigators say 39-year-old Julio Cesar Galindo Hernandez was taken into custody late Saturday night after he turned himself into police officers. Police say Hernandez went to an apartment early Friday to confront his ex-wife and her new boyfriend. Hernandez is accused of shooting the other man as his ex-wife had run to call police. The victim's identity hasn't yet been released. Police had searched for Hernandez for nearly two days.
