By Rusty Marks Police Chief Brent Webster has recommended how to discipline a suspended Charleston police officer accused of making racially insensitive videos.Webster said this morning he couldn't disclose his recommendation for Charleston Police Lt. Shawn Williams, because of personnel laws. But several sources familiar with the investigation said the chief recommended that Williams be fired.In September, Williams was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation by the department's personal conduct division, after a laptop was found containing videos Williams allegedly made.
