Beverly Hills police say the Oakland County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the shooting of a husband and wife on Sunday, Nov. 20 a murder-suicide.Police say Kirk Carlson, 53, shot his wife, Cindy, 51, with a rifle at a home in the 19000 block of Riverside Drive, in the area of Evergreen and 13 Mile roads.
