D.C. police are investigating the death of a man found shot in Southeast Washington over the weekend, authorities said. Shortly after 7 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 2500 block of Pomeroy Road, police said. They found Willard Carlos Shelton, 38, of Alexandria, with multiple gunshot wounds.
