CEDAR RAPIDS — Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident after a 14-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on Boyson Road NE. According to the Cedar Rapids Police Department, officers responded to Mercy Medical Center just before 6 p.m. Monday where they met with the boy and his father.
