NEW HAVEN >> A man accused of robbing banks in New Haven and Waterbury was arrested after police said they learned he paid for pizza with cash stained red by a dye pack.Derrell Soulds, 38, was charged Monday by city police with first-degree robbery, second-degree larceny, second-degree threatening and possession of narcotics.
