(AP) — Bakersfield police say they arrested a vice principal for taking a gun on to the campus of his junior high school, but later released him after determining he broke no laws. Assistant Superintendent Gerrie Kincaid tells the Bakersfield Californian Williams still violated district policy by not getting permission to carry a concealed weapon on campus.
