Police Shoot Man In Elkins

Staff reports Three police officers responding to a call in Elkins shot an armed man early Sunday morning, according to a statement from the West Virginia State Police. According to the police statement, a call came in around 3:30 a.m. of a man banging on a resident's door on South Kerens Avenue in Elkins.
