Police: Tybee Man Said He Would Shoot Officers

Less than a year after being arrested for carrying a loaded gun at a City Council meeting, a Tybee Island man is behind bars again after police say he threatened to shoot them. Donald Augustus Cowart, 61, was arrested Friday morning on a felony charge of terroristic threats and acts, said Tybee Island police Capt.
