Police: Window Broken At South River Street Residence By Construction Cone

WILKES-BARRE — Police are searching for a person that allegedly threw a construction cone through the window of a South River Street residence on the morning of July 10. Police said at approximately 9:41 a.m. on July 10, a 20-year-old woman reported that someone smashed the window of her residence with a construction cone.
