Snooze has given us many gifts since first waking us up in the Ballpark neighborhood in 2006: pineapple upside down pancakes, the Bella! Bella! Benny and the perspective that maybe two and a half hours is too long to wait for brunch. They’re onto that last one, too, and will be expanding — big time — to try to meet the breakfast-hungry demand. A new Snooze just broke ground in the Westminster Promenade center off U.S.
