Portland-based Campbell Global Wins Partial Ruling In Arizona Forest-thinning Dispute

The judge's ruling issued Wednesday requires Good Earth Power AZ to pay $525,000 to former subcontractor Campbell Global, which sued Good Earth for breach of contract, saying it is owed $3 million in outstanding fees. The $525,000 represents an "undisputed" portion of that sum.
