Portland private equity firm Riverlake Partners now has a majority stake in a Boise, Idaho-based maker of prefabricated buildings. Riverlake made the investment in Guerdon Enterprises, which has roughly 300 employees and more than $80 million in revenue. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Guerdon’s founder and CEO Laurence Dawson will remain in his job and will remain a substantial shareholder in the company.
