Carrie Agnese won’t be smoking a joint in front of her kids anytime soon, but maybe someday. Agnese, 38, was a teenager growing up in York when her mother smoked with her, so she could try marijuana in a safe place. A mother of three young children now, ages 2 to 8, Agnese appreciates how trusting and open her mother was with her. She thinks smoking with her mother helped demystify the drug and had a moderating effect.
