Prep Highlights: Skyview Football Holds Off Rogers

Yaroslav Duvalko threw three touchdown passes as Skyview beat Rogers-Puyallup 19-17 on the road Saturday. Skyview (2-2) jumped to a 7-0 lead when Duvalko found Mason Wheeler for a touchdown pass. On the next drive, Skyview recovered a fumble at Rogers’ 22-yard line. A few plays later, Duvalko connected with Gavin Baskette for a touchdown on the first play of the second quarter, giving the Storm a 13-0 lead. After Rogers pulled within 13-7, Gabe Martin hauled in a 60-yard touchdown catch to give Skyview a 19-7 lead just before halftime. Rogers (2-2) scored 10 unanswered points in the second half.
