It’s become one of Governor Christie’s routine taunts in the stalemate over a possible state takeover of Atlantic City: “Big,tough Vinny Prieto” is bluffing. The Democratic Assembly speaker doesn’t even have the support of his own chamber for his less extreme alternative to any such takeover plan. Now, Prieto has finally answered Christie’s put-up-or-shut-up demand by posting his bill for a vote on Thursday.
