Arizona Summit Law School in downtown Phoenix has been put on probation by the American Bar Association, which is partly responsible for giving the school its accreditation, due to a low number of graduates who pass the bar exam, along with other issues. The private school had passing rates as high as 97 percent but numbers have since fallen to 25, according to The Arizona Republic. The law school has until May 15 to come up with an improvement plan.
