GOSHEN - Tyrees Canigan was 16, and had no plans on June 21, 2017 beyond smoking some synthetic marijuana, called K2, when he stopped to talk to a guy he knew as “Twin,” and a man on the porch of 168 Chambers St. in Newburgh waved them over.That was Canigan’s testimony on Friday at the second-degree murder trial of Omarrio Morrison, 26, in the shooting death of Raul Diaz-Martinez, 63.
