NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Four New Jersey Transit train conductors are accused of reselling stolen train tickets at dramatic discounts. Authorities arrested 47-year-old Wilbert Townsend, 40-year-old Marquise Richardson, 67-year-old Robert Nemeth and 46-year-old Andrew Paloti on Wednesday. The Essex County Prosecutor's Office has charged them with commercial bribery, official misconduct and theft. Prosecutors say the men were part of a scheme in which they collected tickets from passengers, but didn't cancel them.
