GOSHEN - Dennis McBee intentionally picked 77-year-old Josef Kucher to rob, prosecutors say, and fatally beat him before fleeing Kucher's Port Jervis shoe shop and then the state.Dennis McBee, 30, was brought to Orange County Court Thursday for arraignment on charges including second-degree murder and first-degree robbery and assault in the fatal beating inflicted on Kucher the morning of Nov.
