By Gregory SmithPROVIDENCE, R.I. -- A man whose punch sent another man over a porch railing to his death declined a plea bargain Tuesday in which he would have had to accept two years' imprisonment for involuntary manslaughter. Juan Hernandez, 31, of 27 Linwood Ave., in the West End, is charged with causing the death of Santiago Hernandez, 35, during a drunken argument at a house at 133 Sterling Ave., Silver Lake, in 2011.
