Public Comment Period Open On Nebraska Roads Plan

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A public comment period is now open for the state transportation improvement plan in Nebraska. The Nebraska Department of Roads says a revision to the plan is posted on its website at (http://1.usa.gov/12jg19D ). Comments will be accepted until Tuesday at 5 p.m. The department amends the plan to add or remove projects, adjust funding sources or estimates, or to update a project's scope. The Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration will not approve the revision the public comment period has ended and the input has been evaluated. __ Online: www.roads.nebraska.gov/STIP/
