Here's a dog with nine lives. A 5-month-old Pomeranian named Charlie reunited with his grateful owner Tuesday, almost a week after the two were struck by a garbage truck while riding a bicycle in Queens. The tiny puppy sustained a broken pelvis and underwent surgery to repair multiple fractures.
