Quick Postseason Finish Earns Yankees Bronx Cheer

Back in April, few of us predicted the Yankees getting this far, even if it was only to the wild-card game, which feels like dipping a toe into the actual playoff pool. But those who did certainly never imagined the end to be quite like it was Tuesday night, a 3-0 loss to the Astros, and a sellout crowd of 50,113 booing the last pinstripe-wearing batters off the Stadium turf.
