Radar Pictures has come on board to produce Cameron Romero’s "Origins", the story about the creation of Cameron's father's iconic creation - the original 1968 film "Night of the Living Dead." Shooting kicks off later this year. The original story follows seven people trapped in a rural farmhouse attacked by zombies, was shot in black and white for $114,000 and grossed $30 millon worldwide, spawning five more films in the series. The younger Romero will direct from a script he co-wrote with Darrin Reed and Bryce C.
