The Raiders placed starting weakside linebacker Cory James on injured reserve Wednesday due to a nagging knee injury, ending his season. James had been inactive for the Raiders’ previous two games. He last appeared Nov. 26, playing 15 snaps against the Broncos. In 10 games this season, James recorded 67 tackles, a forced fumble and two passes defensed. James first appeared on the injury report in Week 1 and reappeared in Week 6.
