For the second time in three days, one of the science-category Nobel Prizes was jointly awarded to a woman - a rare occurrence in the 100-plus year history of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences' awards. Israeli Ada E. Yonath became just the fourth woman to win the Nobel Prize in chemistry and the first since 1964.
