ALBANY (AP) — The opening reception for an Albany exhibit honoring the "Harlem Hellfighters" of World War I fame has been rescheduled for later this month. New York state officials say the free event will be held the evening of March 27 at the Vietnam Memorial Gallery located in the Robert Abrams Justice Building at the Empire State Plaza.
