An El Paso County deputy sheriff has pleaded guilty to felony menacing after allegedly pointing a gun at and assaulting a man in a domestic violence case, according to court records. Marie Lahoff, 34, pleaded guilty to felony menacing with a real or simulated weapon, a class five felony, on Monday and was sentenced to two years of probation as part of a deferred sentence, according to court records.
