Reckless Motorist Fatally Shot By Police After Bizarre Chase

A motorist driving recklessly on the highway is dead after being chased and shot by Houston police officers early Sunday morning. HPD received multiple calls just after midnight about a motorist in a gray Toyota pickup truck with disabled license plates who was driving the wrong way southbound on Southwest Freeway, near Chimney Rock and Hillcroft.
