Recovery Expected For Violence Victim

A woman believed shot and stabbed by her husband early Sunday is expected to make a full recovery, Richmond County sheriff’s investigators said Monday. Police were called to 4247 Rheney Road “B” about 4:45 a.m. where they found Debroah Ouzts with a stab wound to the neck and a gunshot wound to the forehead, according to an incident report. Ouzts told police her husband, Richard Ouzts, 59, had attacked her and killed her relative, 75-year-old Bobby Mitchell Shue, who also resided at the residence. read more
