BOSTON — Eduardo Rodriguez’s role in Boston’s rotation just got a lot bigger. Judging by his first start since ace lefty Chris Sale went on the 10-day injured list, he looks like he can take on the added responsibility. Rodriguez pitched 7 1/3 stellar innings, red-hot Rafael Devers belted a two-run homer and the Red Sox beat the Baltimore Orioles 4-0 on Saturday night for their fourth straight victory. The win came a few hours after Boston had to put Sale on the IL due to inflammation in his left elbow.
