LIMA — The regional housing market saw a substantial improvement in May, as the number of units sold, average sale price and dollar volume were all up from the same month last year. The number of residential properties sold in the Ohio Association of Realtors’ West Central region — Allen, Hardin and Van Wert counties — went from 191 in May 2016 to 233 last month, a 22 percent increase.
