Region's Water Districts Setting Tax Rates

The tax rates of area water districts for the coming budget year will continue to have minor impacts on the wallets of taxpayers. The North Plains Groundwater Conservation District is the only one proposing boosting rates, but that would only mean raising the tax bill of a residence worth the average taxable value of $74,486 by less than $2.
