DENVER — Vail Run Resort and its management company have agreed to pay eight Mexican workers $1 million after a manager was accused of sexually harassing women and firing workers who complained. The company also agreed to hire a monitor for five years to ensure the settlement is enforced. The Denver Post reports (http://tinyurl.com/jphtsjc ) the company agreed to publish its employment handbook in English and Spanish and to train managers about employment laws.
