THOMPSON – The Resorts World Catskills casino is off to a rocky start, on track since a February opening to earn less than half its first-year projections, but its CEO and local leaders still expect it will thrive.From its Feb. 8 debut through the end of June, the casino has averaged gross gaming revenue of roughly $11.9 million per month.
