(AP) — The Volusia County Sheriff's Office says its response to a home where a father shot three children and killed himself met the agency's standards even though deputies arrives nearly 15 minutes after a call for help. The Daytona Beach News-Journal (http://bit.ly/1pzSpCU ) reports a veteran dispatch call taker classified the 911 call as the third-highest priority even though she heard the children's mother screaming hysterically and was told that her husband had threatened her with a gun.
