BATH TWP.: The Revere Board of Education has approved a $45.4 million budget for fiscal year 2015, an increase of more than $600,000 from the current year.David Forrest, chief financial officer/chief operating officer, told board members at their Sept. 16 meeting that the district will lose about $180,000 in revenue this year through a combined decrease in property taxes and state funding. He added, however, that Revere has held the line for five years on mostly salary-related costs.“The good news is we have a balanced budget,” said Forrest.
