ROYAL OAK -- Belle and Sebastian titled its latest album "Girls In Peacetime Want to Dance." And on Thursday, April 2, the Scottish pop troupe kept the girls, and guys, at the Royal Oak Music Theatre moving throughout its set.It's a bit of the change for the group, previously known for its dulcet, symphonic sound with a subtle bounce.
