RICHMOND, R.I. (AP) — Rhode Island officials say repairs to the failing Wyoming Dam are expected to be completed by next summer.Republican state Rep. Justin Price, who represents Richmond, says he was pleased to hear the state Department of Environmental Management would be performing repairs.
