BY RICHARD MIZE, Real Estate EditorThe Federal Aviation Administration slipped a lump of coal into drone-enthused Realtors’ Christmas stockings — this year’s, next year’s and maybe even into 2016. The FAA missed an August deadline for drawing up regulations for the commercial use of small drones — technically, unmanned aerial systems. The agency probably will miss another one, September 2015, by two years or more, an agency official told a House committee recently.
