When Antoinette Lee needs to get to her classes on time at San Joaquin Delta College, she takes RTD’s No. 40 Metro Express bus.“It’s definitely been a huge part of my life. It’s my way of getting around town right now,” Lee said.Growing up in New York City and riding mass transit there, Lee said the transit system in Stockton is much more reliable.Like Lee, Denny Nguyen also takes the Metro Express route to get to Delta College.
