Road Hazard Near Hunting Bayou: 10-foot Gator In Traffic

A large alligator was found lying on the Interstate 10 feeder road in east Houston this morning. A Houston Police Department patrol officer spotted the nearly 10-foot long reptile on the East Freeway eastbound feeder road near Federal about 2:30 a.m. today, officials said. Officials with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department collected the alligator.
