A task force working to create a park at the former Normandy Oak golf course in Royal Oak continues to grapple with whether to include a splash pad there and cost challenges.City Commissioner Melanie Macey, one of five members of the task force, said the group was presented this week with two different preliminary drawings from Nowak & Fraus Engineers, the contractor for the project.
