From the backstreets of Brooklyn to a quaint Russian village, we all just want to dance. As evidence, we present this spot-on Russian parody of Kiesza's "Hideaway" music video, which has dispensed with the original artist's hip urban setting in favor of two farmhands who dance and shimmy their way through a rural scene in Russia's Ural mountains. The village-life version is the brainchild of Julia "Bonya" Starostina and Michail “Kuzmich” Kuzminykh, a comedy duo who received wide praise when they first released the parody in August of this year, reports Russia Beyond The Headlines. The original single-take video earned an MTV Music Video award nomination for best choreography, but the parody's use of live chickens puts it in a category all its own.
