S. Korea Urges N. Korea To Release N.j. College Student

Won Moon Joo, a South Korean citizen who attended Tenafly High School, was taken into custody on April 22 after he illegally crossed the Amnok River from Dandong, China, North Korea's state-owned media outlet said Saturday.
